The ponies are bathed, groomed and stabled indoors at least 24 hours in advance, ready to come to your event.  With inclement weather predicted, we hope for the best but you may cancel right up to the morning of your party for a full refund of your deposit if it rains.  Sun showers or sprinkling do not deter us, but a steady rain is no fun for the ponies or the guests.

NJ weather is unpredictable and difficult to accurately forecast.  We do not overbook.  During the busy season we turn down multiple requests for every weekend date booked.  This is why we ask for a $75 deposit. Deposits are not refundable if you cancel your booking early in the week prior to your event due to a poor weather forecast when it turns out it does not rain.  But we are happy to reschedule at any time to address your concerns.   In other words, do not cancel on Monday if they are predicting rain on Saturday and expect a refund—weather forecasts are frequently inaccurate.   Multiple dismal forecasts later in the week are taken seriously and you may cancel with a full refund.
